It takes a real “people person” to effectively teach human resources strategy and understand the value of human capital assets. HRCMC Founder/Owner Christina Kamer, M.S. Ed., is more than an educator—she’s a proven business leader with on-the-job experience working with boards of directors, officers, senior management, unionized and non-union workforces.
Since launching her career almost 30 years ago as a plant manager of employee and community relations, she has honed her HR skills rising through the executive ranks at such notable companies as The Dial Corporation, Kable News Company, Avery Dennison, Butler Manufacturing, and more.

Christina holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Webster University, an M.S. in Human Resources Development and Adult Education from Northern Illinois University, and is completing her dissertation for a Doctorate in Education from NIU. A true believer in the importance of lifelong learning, she shares her knowledge serving as adjunct faculty at Cardinal Stritch University and Rock Valley College. Pursuit of her own continuing education has taken her to Finland, Russia, Estonia, and the Netherlands to study abroad. At home in Rockford, Illinois, Christina gives back to her community through service on the boards of directors of Girl Scouts of America – Rock River Valley Council, American Association of University Women (AAUW), Rockford Network Professional Women’s Organization, and membership in the Rockford Regional Chamber of Commerce.
